Meetings 2012

Regular Monthly meetings (shall hold no less than 10 regular monthly meetings) of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Tourism Commission will be held the 4th Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at the Accomack County Airport AND each quarter meeting will start with the Workshop at 12:00 p.m. at the Accomack County Airport (unless otherwise noted below) with the Regular Monthly meeting following at 2 p.m. The public is invited to attend all meetings.

  • February 27th, 2013   Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.
    ( Eastern Shore Community College, the Workforce Development building )
  • March 27, 2013           Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.
  • April 24, 2013             Workshop Meeting at Noon and Regular meeting @ 2:00p.m
  • May 22, 2013                Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.

  • June 26, 2013              Regular Meeting @ 1:00 p.m.
  • July 2013                      NO MEETING
  • August 28, 2013          Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.
  • September 25, 2013  Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.
  • October 23, 2013        Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.
  • November 20, 2013      Regular Meeting @ 2:00 p.m.  (Special date due to Thanksgiving holiday)
  • December 2013         NO MEETING
